{"id":1336,"date":"2023-02-28T22:06:13","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T21:06:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wahhu.com\/homeWahhu\/?p=1336"},"modified":"2023-02-28T22:06:14","modified_gmt":"2023-02-28T21:06:14","slug":"3-indicadores-posventa-que-todas-las-constructoras-deberian-medir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wahhu.com\/homeWahhu\/2023\/02\/28\/3-indicadores-posventa-que-todas-las-constructoras-deberian-medir\/","title":{"rendered":"3 indicadores posventa que todas las constructoras deber\u00edan medir"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Siempre he recalcado que medir la cantidad de solicitudes recibidas y el porcentaje de cierre de un mes, y un resumen de la satisfacci\u00f3n de los propietarios, no es suficiente para saber si nuestro servicio es bueno o no<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y peor, \u00a1\u00a1es que es completamente in\u00fatil para mejorarlo!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastimosamente, muchas constructoras trabajando bajo el sistema ISO9001, tienen estos 2 indicadores en su matriz de seguimiento de indicadores, y lo revisan el 10 de cada mes&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPero qu\u00e9 hay de la mejora? \u00bfD\u00f3nde quedan todos los datos que se recopilan de cada solicitud?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por esta raz\u00f3n, que hemos recopilado una serie de indicadores que miden las constructoras, que tienen m\u00e1s incidencia en la mejora del servicio al cliente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son los 3 indicadores que recomendamos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>1. Porcentaje de incidentes por #especialidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medir la especialidad que falla, permite saber cu\u00e1les son los procesos #constructivos que m\u00e1s lupa necesitan al hacer uncontrol de calidad durante la etapa de construcci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el trabajo de anal\u00edtica correcta, inclusive puede ayudarnos a medir el desempe\u00f1o de los contratistas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>2. Porcentaje de incidentes por elemento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos ayuda a entender qu\u00e9 materiales tienen m\u00e1s fallas, o qu\u00e9 instaladores requieren mayor cuidado. Inclusive hemos visto c\u00f3mo algunas constructoras usan este indicador para hacer una evaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s objetiva de la calidad de los materiales que entregan los proveedores<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>3.
